Job Specifics:

• Location: 301 E St Joseph St Green Bay WI 54301
• FTE Status: 1.0 FTE Full-Time
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Work Schedule: Mix of day and p.m. shifts with an every other weekend rotation and holiday rotation; Day shift 7:00am 3:30pm and P.m. shift 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Job Description:

• The Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) is responsible for programming that encompasses treatment leisure education and recreation participation.

• Through the use of assessments and therapeutic interventions the CTRS plans implements coordinates and educates to promote a healthy leisure lifestyle.

• The CTRS collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care in accordance with the vision and mission of the Emplify Health System.

• The CTRS utilizes treatment modalities according to ATRA and NTRS Standards of Practice.

• This position would be working on the Adult Unit of the Inpatient Facility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Therapeutic Recreation required.
• Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist (CTRS) certification within six months of hire date required.
