About the Job You will be aligned with our long-standing client in the Subject Matter Expert - Time and Leave Management. The candidate should be aware of the latest trends in this industry as are applicable from a domain and technological perspective . Job title : Subject Matter Expert - Time and Leave Management Location : Seattle, WA OR REMOTE Position : Contract Mandatory Skills: workforce management, time and leave maintenance Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Time and Leave Management with extensive workforce experience and comprehensive testing expertise. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our time tracking, leave management systems, and workforce planning processes. Required Qualifications: 8-10 years of progressive experience in time and leave management Preferred experience in automotive or manufacturing workforce management Proven track record of implementing and testing time tracking systems Extensive experience with workforce management software and HRIS platforms Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in time and leave management software Expert-level knowledge of workforce management technologies Strong understanding of HRIS systems Advanced data analysis and reporting skills Expertise in compliance tracking and reporting Professional Competencies: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and presentation abilities Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Advanced certification in Workforce Management (SHRM-SCP, HRCI preferred) About HR PUNDITS Inc.
