Certifications: BLS (AHA) Certified Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) via AMT Certified Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) via ASCP

Must-Have: Experience working alone on the graveyard shift Proficient in all areas of the lab, including Hematology, Serology, Chemistry, Coagulation, Microbiology, and Blood Bank. Phlebotomy skills are not required. Candidates must have experience with various laboratory information systems such as Epic and specific tools used for blood bank, QC programs, and middleware. The role involves working independently during night shifts. There is a requirement for weekend and holiday shifts. Call or standby call requirements may be possible. There is no strict dress code; scrubs or business casual with closed-toe shoes are acceptable. The facility allows for up to 4 shift cancellations during the 13-week assignment. Candidates must be willing to adapt to a variable night shift schedule.
