Bluecore Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping, Receiving Associate to join a growing warehouse team. This position will work closely with the current Shipping & Inventory Coordinator to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Location: Balch Springs, TX
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime Required: Daily overtime may extend shifts until 4:30 PM or later. Weekend overtime may also be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily shipping and receiving operations.
• Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Receive, label, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and inventory management systems.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Process shipping documentation and prepare outgoing orders.
• Update inventory transactions and data in company systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure material availability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support other warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations.
• Experience using ERP systems or inventory management software preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work required overtime.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs as needed.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
