We’re looking for a Full-Time HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations at our Corporate Office in San Ramon. This is a great opportunity for a student, recent graduate, or someone interested in starting a career in Human Resources. No prior HR experience needed — training provided! What You’ll Help With Employee records and HR system updates Onboarding and offboarding support Timecard reminders and approvals HR projects and administrative tasks Processing HR mail and general coordination What We’re Looking For Organized and dependable Strong communication skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office Able to handle confidential information responsibly Details Duration: July 1st - September 30th 32–40 hours per week Onsite in San Ramon, CA (5 days/week) Eligible for medical benefits and 401(k), subject to eligibility requirements This paid internship is designed to provide valuable real-world experience while supporting your professional growth.
