Job Description A Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for testing and analyzing software, products, or systems to ensure they meet established quality standards, identifying potential issues, and reporting them to developers to improve overall product functionality before release to customers; essentially, they act as a quality control check to guarantee a product performs as intended. QA Analyst – Cross Sell Contractor Responsible for absorbing data‑centric quality control related deliverables for their respective campaign type (Acquisition = prospect, Cross‑Sell = existing customer). Key Responsibilities Perform quantitative checks on input and output files in the Snowflake environment. Conduct data checks using Looker. Audit selection matrices. Assist in building and growing operational architecture for the company, shaping future state marketing operations. Qualifications Proficient in SQL; experience working in Snowflake and GitHub. Experience with Looker. Experience with Direct Marketing Processes (prospect file creation, waterfall suppression, selection rule application, output file creation).
