What You'll Do- Work with qualified buyer and seller leads provided by the team
- Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and tour requests
- Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments
- Guide clients through negotiations, contracts, inspections, and closing
- Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Maintain accurate client communication using our CRM and technology platforms
- Collaborate with our team to deliver an exceptional client experience

$48,000–$196,000+ annually
Our compensation structure is commission-based with significant earning potential. Many of our agents begin closing transactions within their first 90 days after completing onboarding and implementing our systems.
