Quick Facts:

• Shift: 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts (e.g., 6:30 am–3 pm, 6:30 am–5 pm, 6:30 am–7 pm)
• Hours/Week: Minimum 36 hours, with full-time coverage at 40 hours/week
• Employment Type: Ongoing contract, full-time (minimum 2 weeks per month, first three months consecutive)
• License/Certs: MN RN license, CRNA certification, ACLS/BLS Tier 2, 1+ year experience required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in anesthesia practice

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $218.59
• Overtime (OT): 1.5x regular rate, with additional policies for holiday and call pay
• Special Call Pay:
  • Weekend Beeper 24 hrs: $1,000
  • Weekend Beeper 12 hrs: $700
  • Weeknight Beeper 8 hrs: $400
  • Weeknight Beeper 12 hrs: $700
• Per Diem: Reimbursements for licensure, travel, and other applicable expenses

What You’ll Do:

• Provide anesthesia support in a tertiary hospital setting for adult patients
• Support staff in a care team model with a 4:1 patient-to-provider ratio
• Support specialized procedures, excluding blocks, epidurals, and spinals
• Support patient care across day and overnight shifts
• Participate in on-call rotations (8-hour or 12-hour shifts), including occasional Saturday beeper shifts
• Support anesthesia needs for surgeries and procedures, including pre-op and post-op care
• Utilization of Epic EMR system for documentation and patient records

What You Need:

• Minnesota RN license and CRNA certification
• Minimum 1 year anesthesia experience
• ACLS/BLS Tier 2 certifications (multisource preferred upon hire)
• Ability to commit to at least two consecutive weeks per month for the first three months
• Flexibility to support day, overnight, and weekend shifts
