You will play a critical role in driving commercial growth, translating market insights into actionable strategies, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver impactful outcomes across regions. This position is part of the Product Management team located in Düsseldorf, Germany, and will be hybrid, or in Loveland, Colorado, US.In this role, a typical day will look like:Business Ownership & Execution: Own the global P&L for the assigned product line, develop business cases, forecasts, and growth strategies, present performance insights and strategic plans to senior leadership, drive continuous improvement using KPIs and Veralto Enterprise System tools.Market & Commercial Strategy: Build deep understanding of customer needs, especially in wastewater treatment, conduct market segmentation and competitive analysis, define pricing strategies and revenue growth initiatives, translate strategy into clear commercial execution plans.Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams globally, drive go-to-market strategies and product launches, strengthen sales enablement and value proposition positioning, lead Voice of Customer initiatives and translate insights into product requirements.Product Lifecycle Management: Own global roadmap and lifecycle strategy, identify portfolio gaps and growth opportunities, monitor product performance across regions.The essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field5+ years of experience in Product Management within a water, wastewater treatment, or a closely related industry.Proven experience owning or contributing to commercial performance (revenue growth, pricing, or business cases)Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a global organizationStrong English & communications skillsPreferred qualifications:MBA or advanced business educationExperience with global product launchesFamiliarity with Agile, Lean, or Stage-Gate methodologiesHach is proud to be part of the Water Quality segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a $5.5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.The compensation range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000 USD per year.
