Tax Partner

We are seeking an experienced tax leader to oversee and grow a high-performing tax practice. This individual will lead complex tax planning and compliance engagements, develop senior-level talent, strengthen client relationships, and drive business development and practice growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop tax managers and senior leaders.
• Advise high-net-worth individuals and businesses on complex tax planning, M&A, estate planning, and business succession.
• Build strategic client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services.
• Oversee tax team resource planning, engagement profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Drive business development, client retention, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Champion technical excellence, process improvements, and continued professional development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of tax preparation and planning experience.
• CPA license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Expert knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Proven experience leading teams, managing complex engagements, and advising executive-level clients.
• Strong business development, communication, and strategic leadership skills.
