SHIK Consulting Group is a people-first marketing company. Through live events, brand activations, and direct outreach, we help consumer brands, sports organizations, and nonprofit causes connect with people face to face.

We're hiring Entry Level Marketing Associates to represent our clients across the DC metropolitan area, start meaningful conversations, and help interested people become new customers and supporters.

It's a hands-on opportunity for people who want to learn quickly, build professional confidence, and take on more responsibility as their skills develop.

Where You'll Work

• At live events, brand activations, retail locations, and public venues across the DC metro area.
• Representing a variety of client campaigns, with current local work focused primarily on nonprofit causes.
• Explaining campaign messages, answering questions, and helping interested people sign up.
• Working toward clear campaign goals alongside a supportive, goal-driven team.

You'll begin by developing your own communication and campaign skills before learning how to support others. From there, progression can lead into campaign delivery, coaching, training and hiring new team members, operations, or business development.
