About the Job We are hiring! AmeraTrail is looking for experienced Aluminum Welders to join our growing team. We are expanding to accommodate our steady growth, and you will be working on our custom trailers. Our dedication to exceeding our customers' expectations is a primary factor in driving our company's robust growth. Our Aluminum Welder Will:
- Weld stock and custom-designed trailers.
- Be part of the trailer assembly from start to finish.
- Review each trailer for quality craftsmanship upon completion.
- Work 40-50 hours, depending on the workload. Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am-3:45 pm or 2:00 pm-10:00 pm
- Team Player: Drive to do a great job. Treats others with care and respect.
- Experienced: Previous experience with aluminum welding. Consistently lay solid, quality, nice-looking welds.
- Resourceful: Troubleshoot and solve complex custom fittings.
- Quality Focused: Understands the importance of paying attention to details so our customers receive a high-quality, ruggedly built trailer that will serve them well.
- Systematic: Able to follow processes to ensure consistent, high-quality products. No cutting corners.
- Efficient: Take on a Lean Manufacturing mindset of continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Dependable: Comes to work on time. Steady approach to work. Desire to contribute as part of a team.
