Job Title: Exterior Lead Technician (Leadership Role)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Exterior Lead Technician to oversee field operations and lead cleaning crews. This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, team management, and ensuring projects are completed safely, correctly, and on schedule. This is NOT a desk job.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of technicians on job sites
Oversee daily operations and ensure quality control on all projects
Perform exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties
Manage and track equipment and supply inventory
Conduct job inspections and ensure work meets company standards
Handle light maintenance and basic equipment upkeep
Coordinate and manage large-scale commercial cleaning projects
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within deadlines

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional weekend work as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in exterior cleaning, pressure washing, or related field preferred
Leadership or crew management experience strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Strong communication and organizational skills
