Position Summary
We are seeking an Industrial Sewer to support the production of Industrial Ventilation Ducting (IVD) and related products. This is a cross-trained manufacturing role responsible for assisting in multiple stages of production, including industrial sewing, heat sealing, assembly, inspection, and packaging.

This position works closely with production teams to ensure all products meet quality standards and are prepared for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform industrial sewing to assemble ventilation ducting products
• Operate heat sealing equipment for ventilation tubing
• Manufacture cuffs used in ducting systems
• Trim, inspect, and package finished products
• Ensure products meet ISO quality standards
• Perform inspections throughout the production process
• Match completed products with factory orders
• Prepare labels and identify products for shipment
• Assist with loading finished goods for transport
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to perform multiple manufacturing tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to lift weight up to 50 lbs.
• Manufacturing, sewing, or production experience preferred
• Willingness to be cross-trained

Employment Type & Compensation

• This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
• Pay rate is $18.25 + $1.00 per hour shift differential
• Application Window: Open until filled

Work Schedule

• 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday | OT as needed
