We are looking for a detail-oriented Engineering Document Controller to support engineering and project teams by managing technical documentation, ensuring compliance, and maintaining efficient document workflows. This is a key role in ensuring accuracy, organization, and accessibility of project information in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain engineering and project documentation across the full document lifecycle
• Administer EDMS platforms (Aconex, Proarc, SharePoint, etc.) including version control, workflows, and archiving
• Track document submissions, revisions, approvals, and distribution
• Ensure compliance with document control procedures and project requirements
• Support audits, reporting, and dashboard tracking for project documentation
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure document accuracy and timeliness

Top Skill Sets

• Document Control Systems : Strong experience with EDMS platforms and lifecycle management
• Project Documentation Management : Ability to track approvals, manage technical documents, and support reporting
• Coordination & Compliance : Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)
• 5+ years of experience in document control or engineering support
• Experience in engineering, construction, or project-based environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, databases)
• Hands-on experience with EDMS platforms (Aconex, Proarc, SharePoint, etc.)
• Understanding of engineering drawings and document control processes
• Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills
• Proven ability to manage document workflows, approvals, and reporting

• Monday – Friday
• 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
