If you enjoy variety, solving problems, and keeping buildings operating safely and efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities include:Perform preventive maintenance and facility repairsRepair drywall, paint, flooring, plumbing, and lightingComplete basic carpentry and concrete repairsSupport remodeling and facility improvement projectsPerform groundskeeping and seasonal snow removalTroubleshoot maintenance issues throughout the facilityMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environmentAssist with moving equipment and office furnitureFollow safety procedures and complete maintenance documentationQualifications:2+ years of facility maintenance or construction experienceIndustrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to work independentlyComfortable lifting up to 100 lbs
