Picture yourself in a role where you can make a real impact, with a competitive annual compensation of $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience, performance-based bonuses, and excellent benefits , including:

• A retirement plan

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - BDM:

You'll immerse yourself in conducting market research to identify potential clients and market trends. Engaging with your proactive nature, you'll execute lead-generation strategies to acquire new business opportunities and build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Collaborating with our sales team, you'll contribute to the development of effective sales strategies and present Lint-X's cutting-edge value proposition to clients. Your dedication will be reflected in consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in a business development or sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of the cleaning services industry is helpful
