As the Shift Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Shift Lead : Oversee and guide kitchen staff on your shift, to ensure top-notch performance and collaboration.
• Maintain Quality Standards : Ensure every dish meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
• Uphold Safety and Hygiene : Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with Management : Work closely with the restaurant management team to implement new ideas and improve processes.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• A deep understanding of kitchen operations, food preparation, and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
