$21.50/hr Manufacturing Environment 12-Hour Shifts - 6:00PM - 6:30AM

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Production Technicians to support operations on the Blade Assembly Machine. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, prioritize safety, and are committed to producing quality products.

What You'll Do

As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Loading blades into production equipment
• Monitoring machine operations and production flow
• Scooping and handling finished product
• Performing block inspections and quality checks
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following safety, quality, and production procedures
• Supporting continuous production goals and uptime expectations
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet operational targets

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• Two paid 15-minute breaks
• One unpaid 30-minute lunch
• Structural overtime is required as part of the established shift schedule

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to understand and communicate in English

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Associates are required to wear:

• Steel-toe/safety shoes (must provide your own)
• Safety glasses
• Ear plugs
• Gloves
• Face mask (when required)

Safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, and masks will be provided. Associates are expected to bring their assigned safety glasses and gloves to work each day.

Safety Expectations

• Follow all OSHA, safety, and site-specific policies
• Wear required PPE at all times in designated production areas
• Refrain from using cell phones in production areas
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
• Maintain a proactive safety-first mindset
