Event Technology Coordinator

Position Overview Providing operational support for Pacific Life’s information systems and peripheral equipment. How you'll help move us forward Daily responsibilities include using Cvent to manage registration websites, attendee lists, event communications, and post‑event reporting. Creating and launching meeting email invitations within specified timeframes, handling high volume builds and launches (approximately 20–25 per month). Gaining compliance approvals, supporting and training field personnel, and coordinating Continuing Education meetings. Delivering effective customer service through regular interaction with management, field personnel, and internal customers. Experience you bring 2–3 years of experience using Cvent Event Management software. Ability to manage multiple registration projects and events simultaneously while balancing work tasks effectively. Proficiency with technology, including Monday.com and Microsoft Teams. What makes you stand out Cvent Event Management Certification preferred. Excellent organizational skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with various levels of management. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
