Currently, we need a full time Physical Therapist at Looking Upwards, you should expect to utilize your clinical expertise, observe and evaluate children in order to diagnose specific physical or developmental delays and help create a plan of care which will utilize a variety of techniques in order to promote mobility. Starting salary $45.00 per hour with opportunity for growth based on experience and longevity. Full time schedule of 35-40 hours with competitive health care coverage, dental and vision plans, optional flex spending account, earned paid and extended sick time. Holiday off schedule with pay Group life insurance and 401 K options Qualifications Needed: EI Physical Therapist is required to have a valid PT license and be in good standing with the state of RI in order to be considered for this position. 2+ years of pediatric experience Must be willing to provide home based services throughout RI Display strong interpersonal skills Able to implement a coaching model when working with families Able to work in a trans-disciplinary team Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills General computer proficiency Applicants must also have a valid driver's license, auto liability insurance, safe driving record and access to a dependable vehicle.
