Extension is seeking a Controller for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI. What You’ll Impact at Our Client As the Controller, you will be responsible for leading financial, IT, and purchasing functions. Responsibilities include management of cash flow, financial reporting, profitability enhancement, and compliance for our multi‑location organization. Responsibilities Manage sales and use tax practices Coordinate month end close and yearend financial audit Oversee annual budgeting process Enhance weekly or monthly key indicator reports and research exceptions Manage Accounts Receivable, Billing, Purchasing and Accounts Payable functions Treasury Management Oversee Payroll function Oversee Business and Work Comp Insurance Fixed Asset accounting Oversee Inventory process and reconciliations What We’re Looking For 5+ years of Accounting Management experience. Experience in both accounting and finance side. Manufacturing Experience Required Can wear multiple hats in a smaller company Worked in an ERP software; Great planes preferred, Excel; pivot tables, v-lookups.
