Business Development Representative - Real Estate

Our client is seeking a Business Development Professional that is adept at coordinating and implementing a Development / Project Business Development process. The Business Development Representative is a hunter for new business opportunities who will be responsible for creating new business pipelines. Specifically, this position is an inside sales role that involves heavy cold calling and email communication with prospects and clients across assigned settings to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be our client's spokesperson: Exuding confidence and knowledge about their brand and products.
• Create marketing magic: Develop and implement dynamic marketing plans and campaigns to drive new customers to utilize their Development / Construction services
• Relationship-builder: Network with influencers and media outlets, promoting our facilities and services.
• Mobility: Given the nature of this role, you'll occasionally be on the move. A willingness to travel is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting for new accounts through cold calling, provide leads and networking.
• Understand and advise potential customers on the services and opportunities they require
• Demonstrate and practice excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess strong computer skills.
• Source for new business opportunities using various sourcing techniques including but not limited to cold calling, web crawls, email marketing, networking and LinkedIn, Social Media.
• Create, organize and track activity, leads, meetings and opportunities using selected CRM platforms
• Become an expert in their company's business plan and the Real Estate / Construction industry

Requirements

• High School or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in working with CRM technology.
• Cold calling and prospecting experience is a must.
• Proficient in LinkedIn and other Social Media platforms.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Good in both individual and team environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Expertise in building trust with others (both internal and external).

Qualifications:

• Experience with Business development, increasing revenue, social media platforms, CRM,
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field
• Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
• Candidate should understand the current marketing landscape in all the markets we serve.
