BlackLine seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst to optimize processes across Marketing, Salesforce CRM, Zuora CPQ, Service Cloud, and Communities. You will own AI intake, build AI agents with Gemini Enterprise and Claude, and enable no-code/low-code automation for business teams.
Responsibilities include requirements gathering, defining IT strategies, and coordinating cross-functional implementations with IT, Sales, Finance, and Support. 5+ years in a Lead BSA role is expected.
