Position Overview A growing organization is seeking a

Talent Coordinator

to help create a professional welcoming and consistent employee experience. This role will own new-hire orientation and support Talent/HR initiatives across onboarding learning and development employee engagement recognition and internal communications. Key Responsibilities Own and coordinate

new-hire orientation and onboarding Coordinate

learning and development programs

including scheduling resources participation and follow-up Support

employee engagement recognition and culture initiatives Coordinate internal Talent communications including the

employee newsletter Handle day-to-day employee requests and provide responsive support Maintain Talent systems documentation resources and reporting Coordinate Talent projects from planning through completion Qualifications 24 years of experience in

HR Talent L&D or a related people-focused role Strong organizational and project coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable presenting to groups and working with employees and managers at all levels Professional personable and service-oriented Strong attention to detail judgment and discretion Experience with

Asana

and learning management systems preferred Interest in using technology to improve processes and efficiency
