Responsibilities At Fleming’s, your first and most important responsibility will be creating memorable moments for our guests through our premium prime steaks, best‑in‑class seafood, and innovative plant‑based entrees. As a Line Cook, you will need to be committed to industry‑leading food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. You will also be responsible for proper storage of products in the walk‑in cooler and walk‑in freezer, keeping the dry storage organized, cleaning and maintaining your station on the line, and monitoring ticket times and food quality. Fleming’s is a positive and fast‑paced environment and working well with a team of others is important.
