Collaborate & Document: Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize outcomes. ### Qualifications Education & License: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; valid Arizona PT license (or license-eligible). Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication, and a patient-centered approach. Physical: Ability to lift/assist patients and perform physical tasks inherent to mobility therapy.
