Passenger Services SupervisorJob Summary: The Passenger Service Supervisor oversees daily passenger operations to ensure efficient, safe, and customer-focused service delivery. The role leads a team of front-line agents, supports airline partners, and resolves escalated issues while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and company standards. This role oversees the team supporting our Spanish-speaking airline partners and requires direct communication with passengers in Spanish.Employment Status: Full-Time Compensation Rate: $21.00 per hour. City & Airport: Las Vegas, NV - Harry Reid International AirportResponsibilities:Supervise passenger service agents during check-in, boarding, baggage handling and arrival processesEnsure compliance with airline procedure, TSA regulations, and safety protocolsProvide on-the-spot coaching and support to agents to ensure service standards are metResolve customer complaints and operational issues in a timely and professional mannerCoordinate with airline representatives, ramp, and other departments to ensure smooth flight operationsMonitor staffing levels and adjust assignments based on flight schedules and operational needsComplete required reports, incident documentation, and shift logs accurately and on timeSupport training and onboarding of new passenger service agentsLead pre-shift briefings and communicate updates, policy changes, and safety alertsPromote a positive and productive work environment, modeling excellent customer service and teamworkMinimum Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDBilingual English-Spanish proficiency required2+ years of experience in passenger services or a customer-service-related field1+ year of supervisory or lead experience in an operational settingStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysProficient in Microsoft Office and airline systemsAbility to obtain and maintain all required airport and airline security clearancesMust be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 poundsPreferred Skills:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, or a related fieldPrior experience working with a ground handling service providerKnowledge of airline-specific policies and proceduresExperience handling irregular operations, customer escalations, or emergency responseBilingual or multilingual skillsPhysical Requirements/Working Conditions:Ability to lift 70 poundsAbility to handle stressWork in a high noise level environmentWork with minimal supervisionPerks & Benefits:Access your pay when you need it through the DailyPay app!On the spot awards offered through the Awardco Platform, including gift cards and more!Multiple options for both full and part-time employees for quality medical care!Travel Discounts, Pet insurance, Discount Shopping & More!Wellness Programs offered to all employees!401k program offered!Opportunity for Internal Mobility and transfers available!WFS is an equal opportunity employer committed to employment equity and inclusion.
