PEG Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a Mechanical Claims Adjuster for a growing organization in Fenton, Missouri . If you have an automotive repair or service background and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity to transition your mechanical knowledge into an office-based career.

What You'll Do

• Review and process mechanical warranty and vehicle service contract claims.

• Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from repair facilities and customers.

• Determine claim eligibility and coverage.

• Review labor and parts costs, negotiate repairs when appropriate, and authorize covered claims.

• Communicate claim decisions clearly and professionally.

• Document claim activity accurately and maintain high productivity and customer service standards.

• Partner with vendors and repair facilities throughout the claims process.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of automotive repair, service advisor, or parts experience.

• 2+ years of customer service experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Claims or call center experience.

• Associate degree or technical certifications.

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity and requires working fully on-site in Fenton, MO .
