Job Type: Full-Time - TRAVEL 2 DAYS A WEEK TO MATAMORAS IS REQUIRED
About Monarch: We are a clever, fast-growing management company making a real impact in affordable housing. Over the past few years, we have added several new properties to our portfolio. In doing so, we have mastered the art of hitting aggressive lease-up goals and optimizing property operations to build strong, cash-flowing communities. To support our ongoing expansion, we are looking for additional Affordable Site Managers to oversee day-to-day operations at our communities. At MMG, you won't get lost in corporate layers, and there is a clear path for professional advancement as we scale.

?? A Day in the Life:
As our Site Manager, you will be the captain of the ship. On any given day, you will:
- Be the Compliance Expert: Keep certifications, tenant files, and waitlists strictly accurate and audit-ready.
- Lead the Team: Oversee leasing activities and coordinate with maintenance to keep the property looking pristine.
- Build Community: Connect with residents, resolve concerns gracefully, and host community events.
- Drive Financial Success: Collect rents and minimize delinquencies.

Preferred (But We Will Train the Right Person):- Affordable Housing Pro: 2+ years of Affordable Housing knowledge (LIHTC/Tax Credit guidelines).
