Staffing Recruiter

Salary Range: $43,000 to $50,000 Annually PLUS commission and benefits. Job Summary As a staffing recruiter, the role involves sourcing, evaluating, engaging, and managing candidates throughout the recruiting life cycle. Additionally, the recruiter manages relationships with clients, including presenting candidates, taking orders, and overseeing order management. Essential Functions Recruit qualified talent to fill positions such as clerical, light industrial, and direct placement. Grow relationships and create new opportunities with assigned accounts. Communicate effectively with customers. Manage and communicate job postings. Schedule and conduct phone and face‑to‑face interviews. Maintain honesty and respect in all interactions. Follow up with contract employees via telephone and email, including those on assignment at clients. Participate in training, including product, software, and sales training. Requirements Team player with a positive attitude. Desired Skills 2+ years of recruiting or sales experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to communicate clearly and positively to candidates, clients, and internal team members.
