In this role, you’ll serve as a vital link between our clients and their health coverage, ensuring applications are processed smoothly and accurately.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Evaluated and processed complex healthcare and insurance applications in accordance with compliance standards.

• Audited applicant documentation to guarantee 100% data accuracy, completeness, and regulatory adherence.

• Maintained internal databases by executing precise data entry, record updates, and system maintenance.

• Upheld strict HIPAA guidelines and privacy standards while managing sensitive, confidential client records.

• Advised applicants on program eligibility criteria, guiding them step-by-step through the application pipeline.

• Resolved client inquiries promptly, delivering clear assistance on form completion and program navigation.
