ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Support Savio program growth in rural communities, including recruitment of employees, interns, clients.
• Strengthen relationships with current community partners and establish connections with additional organizations.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to Savio's vision, mission, and goals.
• Collaborate with Savio leadership.

Essential Physical Functions

• Ability to hear clearly to utilize phones.
• Manual dexterity for operating computer, smart phone, calculator and/or other office equipment.
• Ability to communicate and exchange information verbally in a clear, concise & legible manner in English, and if a bilingual position, Spanish.
• Must have clarity of vision, with or without correction.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 50%.
• Must have mobility to travel between locations for attending meetings and for client contact, at businesses and/or private residences that may or may not have ADA accessible entrances.
• Ability to drive
• Ability to twist, turn, stoop and/or stand to fulfill job responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Mental health clinician with Master's degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related field preferred. Bachelor's degree with experience can be substituted for Master's degree.

Salary Range: $62,000-$67,000
