Administrative Assistant | 8:00AM - 5:00PM | Mon-Fri | $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

A property title company in Decatur, IL is looking for a Administrative Assis tant .

Qualifications for Administrative Assistant

Prior administrative experience
Previous banking or legal experience would be a plus
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
Good typing and data entry skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant

Answering phones
Greeting walk-in appointments
Maintaining calendar schedules
Using internet-based systems
Preparing documents and reviewing for completion and accuracy
Managing electronic storage of documents
