Contract Specialist

We are seeking a proactive Part-Time Contract Specialist to join our team and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our medical provider agreements. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal leadership, legal, and operational teams to ensure seamless data governance and contract alignment. Responsibilities

Contracting & Documentation

• Draft & Execute: Prepare precise provider contracts, amendments, and custom language, managing the process through to e-signature.

• Quality & Compliance: Validate incoming requests against company policy and perform rigorous quality checks on team drafts.

Data & System Management

• Data Integrity: Manage the full lifecycle of contract data by accurately entering new, updated, and terminated agreements into the system.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Cross-Functional Partnership: Align regularly with Recruiting, Credentialing, Finance, and Leadership on contract requests and compensation terms.

• Special Projects: Contribute to or lead major initiatives, such as facility startups/closures and large-scale compensation updates.
