What You’ll Be Doing Lead field operations on tilt-wall warehouse and industrial projects Manage daily site activities, subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety Coordinate with project management teams to deliver projects successfully from groundbreaking through closeout Build strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and project teams While the company performs work across industrial, manufacturing, commercial, healthcare, retail, interiors, community, and religious sectors, this hire will primarily need a strong tilt-wall background. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of Superintendent experience Required: Experience building tilt-wall warehouses/industrial facilities History of good tenure Strong leadership and communication skills Stable work history with good tenure Ability to manage projects safely, efficiently, and with a high level of quality $100,000–$150,000 base salary (depending on experience) Strong benefits package Local Houston work with no required travel Why This Opportunity?
