Document Scanning & Filing Clerk

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a steady weekday schedule? We're seeking a Document Scanning & Filing Clerk to help keep records accurate, organized, and accessible.

What You'll Do:

Scan and upload documents into electronic filing systems.
Organize and file records accurately.
Review documents for quality and completeness.
Maintain physical and digital files.
Retrieve documents as needed.
Handle confidential information with care.

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer and office equipment skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and stay productive.
