As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing a top-tier sales team, driving revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses. Six-figure earning potential, with top-performing Sales Managers earning $100,000+ annually. Leadership role managing and mentoring a high-performing sales team. Advanced finance training to structure deals and secure customer approvals. Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic sales team to exceed sales targets. Structure and present deals while working with banks and lenders to secure financing approvals. Assist the team in customer interactions, negotiations, and closing deals. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results. Foster a customer-focused sales culture that enhances the dealership's reputation. Stay up to date on industry trends, financing options, and best practices.
Proven experience in automotive sales with a track record of success; at least 3 years. Strong leadership and team management skills. Expertise in deal structuring and securing financing approvals. Ability to engage with customers and drive a positive sales experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
