RJKPT is a privately owned practice that has served Middle Georgia for over 20 years. We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our teams in Macon and Warner Robins. Competitive salary of $50,000–$60,000 based on experience, plus excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Follow the treatment plan provided by the on-site Physical Therapist.
• Lead patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and daily-living activities.
• Monitor patient responses before, during, and after therapy sessions.
• Assist patients with supportive devices like crutches, walkers, or canes.
• Document patient progress according to payer and regulatory requirements and report clinical findings to the supervising physical therapist.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise plans and post-treatment care.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized treatment areas.
• Collaborate with an outstanding therapy team.
• Maintain professional licensure and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program .
• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license for Georgia or application in progress.
• Clean background check.
