If you enjoy troubleshooting, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Red Diamond team.What You'll Do:As a Plant Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping our production operations running smoothly by:Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment on production lines and support systems in a fast-paced environmentPerforming preventive maintenance on coffee and tea production equipmentRebuilding pumps, conveyors, and other production-related equipment as neededCompleting scheduled work orders and documenting maintenance activities accuratelyAssisting with line setups, changeovers, and commissioning of new equipment.Communicating equipment issues and operational updates with team members across shiftsWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent; Technical School, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or related training preferred.Minimum of 3 years of maintenance or related technical experienceTechnical school preferredAllen Bradley PLC experience strongly preferred.Knowledge of PLC programming and ladder logic is a plusStrong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and air cylinder hydraulics skillsAbility to successfully handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlinesComputer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookDependability matters.
