Registered Nurse (RN) – Urology Clinic

We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced urology clinic. • Schedule patient appointments accurately to maintain smooth clinic operations and optimal provider flow.

• Manage incoming calls with professionalism and empathy, providing clear guidance and support.

• Assist with insurance verification to ensure coverage and minimize delays in treatment.
• Triage with Confidence
• Assess patient needs, prioritize urgency, and direct individuals to the appropriate next step in their care journey.
• Maintain Accurate Records
• Document all patient interactions and updates promptly within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate Across the Team
• Partner with providers and clinic staff to deliver seamless, high-quality urology care.
• ️ Uphold Quality & Compliance
• Follow established protocols while ensuring patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance at all times.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Connecticut
• Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Strong skills in patient scheduling and workflow coordination
• Excellent phone communication and multitasking abilities
• Ability to triage patient needs and determine appropriate care pathways

• Experience with Epic EHR
• Background in urology or specialty clinic settings
• Experience in a busy outpatient environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively

• Fast-paced, collaborative urology clinic setting
• ️ Monday–Friday schedule, with flexibility for:
  • Standard 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), or
  • Four 10-hour workdays
• Frequent patient interaction and coordination with both clinical and administrative teams
• Ongoing use of Epic and other healthcare technologies

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, CT.

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $45.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Madison,CT.
