Service Manager – Sheboygan, WI

Location: Sheboygan, WI | Salary: $50,000–$60,000 + bonus | Full-time

Self Opportunity Inc. is hiring a Service Manager for a nationally recognized, high-volume steakhouse brand known for scratch-made food, a lively atmosphere, and a strong promote-from-within culture.

What you’ll do

• Lead front-of-house operations during peak, high-volume shifts
• Hire, train, coach, and schedule servers, hosts, and bartenders
• Drive guest satisfaction through table visits, service standards, and fast issue resolution
• Manage FOH labor, sales goals, and shift-level P&L targets
• Build a team culture around accountability, recognition, and fun

What you bring

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (FOH preferred; high-volume casual dining a plus)
• Proven ability to train and retain hourly teams
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on, floor-first leadership style
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation & benefits

• $50K–$60K base + bonus
