About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87101!

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Float to like units within scope of practice based on facility needs as required
• Maintain compliance with all onboarding requirements, including completion of onsite orientation modules
• Adhere to weekend scheduling requirements as part of standard contract obligations

• Active RN license or pending New Mexico/Compact license (must be obtained prior to start date)
• Minimum 1.5 years of ICU experience
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible - local candidates will not be accepted
• Previous staff must wait 1 year before returning in a travel capacity

• Experience floating to similar units within an acute care environment
• Familiarity with high-acuity cardiac or critical care patient populations

• Flexible scheduling with the option to work 36 or 48 hours per week to fit your lifestyle
• Open to first-time travelers, making this a great opportunity to launch your travel nursing career
