Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current ASHA CF or CCC accreditation
• Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility) for North Dakota
• Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in school-aged children
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor students’ progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
• Conduct regular screenings and provide ongoing therapy as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in meetings and provide support and training for staff and family members
