An Agora Company is looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to join our growing Member Services team in Baltimore. You will work directly with our members, help solve problems, answer questions, and become an expert on the financial research and services we provide.

You will gain exposure to a unique financial publishing business and work with experienced professionals across our editorial, marketing, sales, and product teams. This hybrid position combines in office collaboration with the flexibility to work from home.

This isn’t your typical customer service job; it’s the starting point of a dynamic career in a fast-moving, finance-focused environment where no two days are ever the same.

What You Will Do

· Handle inbound and outbound calls with members and provide a responsive, professional experience

· Help members understand their subscriptions, publications, services, and account options

· Resolve questions and escalations with empathy, confidence, and good judgment

· Document member interactions and identify recurring questions, issues, and opportunities

· Work closely with editorial, marketing, product, and other internal teams

· Learn our products and become a trusted resource for our members

· Look for opportunities to improve the overall member experience

· Contribute ideas, feedback, and solutions as our Member Services team continues to grow

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for people who communicate well, enjoy solving problems, and genuinely like helping people.

Ideally, you have 1 to 2 years of customer service, hospitality, sales, technical support, or other customer facing experience. More important than having the perfect resume is having the right attitude.

You should be comfortable talking with customers on the phone, able to stay composed when conversations become challenging, willing to learn, and open to coaching and feedback.

We especially value people who are curious, dependable, ambitious, and interested in growing beyond the position they were originally hired for.
