In this dynamic role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents—creating exceptional first impressions, delivering outstanding customer service, and guiding individuals through a seamless leasing experience. What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and engage prospective residents, delivering a personalized leasing experience
• Conduct community tours and effectively showcase apartment homes and amenities
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in
• Maintain strong follow-up with prospects to convert leads into leases
• Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current and future residents
• Support overall community success through professionalism, energy, and teamwork

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in leasing, property management, or real estate administrative roles
• Proficiency in Yardi, OneSite , or similar property management software ( experience is a plus )
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Confident in negotiating lease terms while maintaining compliance and professionalism
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail in contracts and record keeping
• Ability to multitask and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
• Knowledge of property maintenance or facilities management is a plus
• A positive, outgoing attitude with a natural ability to connect with people
