✅ Requirements:
✔ Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification
✔ Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
✔ Ability to follow care plans
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
✔ Comfortable working around pets
✔ Pass background check requirements
