What You'll Do:

• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, meals, light housekeeping, and daily activities.
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate changes or concerns.
• Support clients and families with patience, professionalism, and respect.
• Provide compassionate care for clients living with dementia when applicable.

What to Expect:

Caregiving is both challenging and rewarding. You may work independently in a client's home and care for someone experiencing dementia, illness, physical limitations, or declining independence. Some days are predictable, while others require critical thinking, patience, flexibility, and the ability to respond professionally to difficult situations. We're looking for caregivers who are reliable, compassionate, comfortable working independently, willing to ask for help, and are committed to treating every client with dignity.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification or PCA training/experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to meet scheduling needs.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Dementia experience is a plus; training will be provided.

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
