Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Virginia Beach Territory – Home Care

In this role, you’ll provide hands-on care, meaningful companionship, and support that helps seniors live safely and comfortably at home.

Mileage reimbursement (IRS rate between clients)

• Flexible scheduling

Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene

Help with safe transfers, repositioning, and movement

Meal Assistance: Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and monitor intake

Home Environment: Keep spaces clean, safe, and organized

Safety & Health: Follow infection control protocols and PPE guidelines

Record care provided and report any changes or concerns

High school diploma (or equivalent) and age 18+

Proficient smartphone use for scheduling and care documentation

Strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus)

A team-first mindset and a genuine passion for helping others
