Our agency opened in 2016 and proudly serves the Caon City community and surrounding areas. With over 30 years of combined experience on our team, were dedicated to helping individuals, families, and small businesses protect what matters most.

Family is at the center of everything I do. Im a proud spouse, parent of two, and grandparent of five. Outside of the office, I enjoy staying active through golfing, fishing, woodworking, and working out. Were also actively involved in the community and support local organizations like the Royal Gorge Chamber Alliance and other local events.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Dennis Podzemny - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
